Aging

You always hear about our culture being obsessed with youth and beauty. Today I realized it from a different angle. Most people you see on TV were born in the 80's. So now when I hear about stupid things done by celebrities I realize it's not just the stress of fame that causes them to do stupid things: it's just immaturity. I think that's why I can't stand pop culture anymore. As Cedric the Entertainer would say, I'm a grown ass man.

In other, happier news...my family is coming back from Detroit today!

okay, this is the kind of blog post you write if you blog every day or so. if you blog once a month or less, you need to write something more substantial. :p
anyway, the scary thing is, how long immaturity seems to last...

Yeah, how long? (see Ayesha's)
Well, in my short life and limited experience, I find some people are born immature and remain so, true to their birth. Some do however grow out of it others grow in it and some grow on and on.
Some persons claim, out of immaturity, that they are now mature.
As opposed to being born immature one has to consider that some may be born mature, so they grow back to immaturity.
99% people consider themselves mature while they are 100%wrong and one% consider themselves immature and they are 100% correct.
My statistics are screwed up and dont know what I am saying.
Is this a sign of immaturity?
JAG, listen to Ayesha's advice, write something daily, you used to write good or almost.
Talking about aging however gives me tremors (benign or essential type which, by the way can be hereditary, so watch out)
I wanted to get an old movie from a store, what i was shown were 'oldies' of 70 ies and 80 ies.
So I said, look at me, Old old movies. The store fellow said look up in that corner where there may be 60 ies and fifties ones
Came back home. Aging?
